YES! Livieboo is an actual person. You see her around sometimes in our social media feeds. Look out for that 4-year-old little girl. 

Where is your online store based?

Our main office is located in New York, USA

Where are your products shipped from?

Our products ship from all over the world. We love unique kid's home decor and strive to bring the coolest collections to your door. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the Lower 48 States in the USA and Canada, no current shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, nor Guam .na dthe rest of the world

We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Boxes.

Why do your shipping times vary per item?

Because we ship from all over the world, every product goes through customs. (Unless made in the USA). We do not like to disappoint you, so we adhere to a delivery time from 2 to 5 weeks. But no worries, most of our products come between 2-3 weeks, and you will LOVE them. 

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! We ship from multiple warehouses all over the world, and customs also sometimes takes longer on certain items. Please reach out to our customer service team for if you like an estimated delivery time on your order. Please provide your name and order number.

 Can I expedited my shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite your shipping at this time. 

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside the United States or Canada. 

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. 

How can I pay for my order? 

Our Shop Onlin accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange fan order, simply return the item back to us and make a new purchase for the item you want.  Please visit our returns page to understand how to initiate the returns process.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as the orders are placed, therefor we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Please visit our returns page to understand how to initiate a return.

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items in excellent condition and in the boxes they were shipped in within 5 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to understand how to initiate the returns process.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are sorry that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact our team at within 3 days after receipt of your item, and provide us with the following information in your email:

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped.
