RETURN | REFUND POLICY

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
1 - ANY REASON
You must contact us at info@livieboo.com to arrange for a return of your item within 5 days of receipt of your order. The item needs to be in pristine condition and returned in the original box it was send in. Refunds will only be issued in the form of original payment. Please provide the following information with your email. This information will also need to be included with your return:
- Order Number/SKU number
- Item Name
- Tracking Number
- First and Last name
- Delivery Address
- Delivery Date
- Telephone Number
- Reason for return - This information is valuable to us. We strive to maintain a high standard of quality within our collections. This will enable us to better serve you in the future and continue to provide you with an unparalleled selection of items to choose from.
Items returned must be pristine and in their original boxes - Items not returned in this condition will not be accepted. (This does not include items that are received in a damaged condition.)
Furniture must be returned in their original package(s) with all components included including manuals and hardware. Incomplete returned furniture pieces are NOT refunded!
Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment after we receive and inspected the returned item.
2 - BROKEN / DAMAGED PRODUCTS - ALWAYS ACCEPT DELIVERY EVEN WHEN DAMAGED!
Please contact us at info@livieboo.com within 3 days after receipt of your item, and provide us with the following information in your email:

- Item Name
- Tracking number
- First and Last name
- Delivery Address
- Delivery date
- Telephone Number
- Reason for return - if item is damaged please describe the damage
- PHOTOGRAPH OF THE DAMAGE!
Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment after we receive the returned item.
3 - ITEM EXCHANGE
Please contact us at info@livieboo.com within 5 days after receipt of your item, and we will arrange for a return. Refunds will be given when the item arrives in good condition at our main office location. (Refunds will only be issued in the form of original payment.) You will need to re-order the correct item on our website. Please provide us with the following information in your email.

4 - CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. You can initiate a return when the item arrives and re-order the correct item.
5 - ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN
*Items must be in their original condition. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
- We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
- Items returned outside the 5 days return timeframe.
- Washed, worn, used, or misused items cannot be returned.
- Items under the following categories: hats, bibs, hair accessories, earrings, dinnerware and drinkware. These items are not covered for return due to hygienic reasons.
- Items must be returned in their original boxes.
